Meet Your Host, Miyuki
Sharing Japanese Food, Culture and Hospitality

Hi, I'm Miyuki, a cooking instructor, food coordinator, and the owner of a Japanese cooking school in Tokyo.
Before starting my cooking school, I worked for a major Japanese food company, developing products and recipes for Japanese foods.
For nearly 10 years, I have been teaching Japanese home cooking to both Japanese and international guests. Together with our instructors, we have delivered more than 4,000 cooking lessons.
Today, I welcome guests into my home kitchen to share not only recipes, but also the traditions, hospitality, and everyday food culture that make Japanese cuisine so special.
