Tempura Course(Japanese Cooking Class) with a couple from Spain :)!!

Learning about Dashi :)

After learning Dashi, we learned how to make dashi and made Dashi :)

By using Dashi, we made Miso soup :)

Making Japanese rolled omelet :)!!

Look at rolled omelet! Beautiful color!! Great :)!!

Making "Goma-Ae", Green Beans dressed with sesame seeds.

Finally, Tempura!!!!!
